How to emotionally survive the corona virus

Fear is reality minus God.  Faith is reality with God.

1. Communicate clearly, intentionally, and often.

A. Be empathic.
B. Be frequent.
C. Be simple and clear.
D. Be honest.
E. Be hopeful.
F. Be faithfilled.

Proverbs 29:18 (NLT)

18 When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild.
    But whoever obeys the law is joyful.

2. Recreate new structures and new routines.

Proverbs 4:23 NLT)

23 Guard your heart above all else,
    for it determines the course of your life.

3.  Guard your mind.

Proverbs 6:6-11  (NLT)

Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones.
    Learn from their ways and become wise!
Though they have no prince
    or governor or ruler to make them work,
they labor hard all summer,
    gathering food for the winter.
But you, lazybones, how long will you sleep?
    When will you wake up?
10 A little extra sleep, a little more slumber,
    a little folding of the hands to rest—
11 then poverty will pounce on you like a bandit;
    scarcity will attack you like an armed robber.

4. Focus on what I can control.

Proverbs 29:18 (MSG)

18 If people can’t see what God is doing,
    they stumble all over themselves;
But when they attend to what he reveals,
    they are most blessed.
