How Prayer Unlocks Circumstances

It shouldn't surprise you that God has Keys in Heaven that open and closes things on earth. 

Maybe it will surprise you that God has given His Keys of Heaven for us to use on Earth.  

                                                           

Isaiah 22:22 (NKJV) The key of the house of David I will lay on his (Eliakim's) shoulder;So he shall open, and no one shall shut; And he shall shut, and no one shall open. 

That was an example in the Old Testament, but here is an example in the New  Testament when Jesus told Peter. 

Matthew 16:19(NKJV)  And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”  

(Notice the authority to unlock or lock was given to man, but the power to unlock or lock remained with our Father in heaven. M. H. Dennis)

(Jesus had been talking with Peter about overcoming the Gates of Hades (or Hell) which a key could open: however, He used the word "whatever" to signify more than just that. M. H. Dennis)  

Have you ever been locked out.  

It's finding that you need access to something, but you can't get in.  It's frustrating.  

Isn't it.  

Oftentimes, we feel that we are locked out of our peace with anxiety, stress, and pressure. 

Or Freedom with addiction, guilt, or shame. 

However, Jesus says that you're not locked out! 

Use your prayers to unlock heaven.  

It takes two actions.  

Insert the key into the lock,and insert faith into your prayers. 

Next turn your key by turning the matter over to God.
  

Quit trying to unlock it in your own strength.  

We have a master key that opens every door.  

If you'd accept that by faith, you'd approach locked doors with renewed boldness. 

We should be jumping to help other people pray their prayer requests.  

A single mom needing food.  

A drug user needing freedom.  

Pray with boldness and confidence.  

God has given His Keys of Heaven for us to use on Earth.
