Don't let your bad
choices define you or disqualify you.
God's calling on your life is
true. You may disobey and run, but it does not change God's calling on
your life.
The will of God will never lead you where the grace of God
cannot keep you.
1. Use the word of God to guide you.
Psalm 119:105 (NLT)Your
word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.
2. Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom.
The voice of the Holy Spirit will not conflict with God's
Word.
John 16:13 (NLT) When the Spirit of truth comes, he will
guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what
he has heard. He will tell you about the future.
Ask...
*Is
the choice God honoring?
*How
does it affect my spiritual health?
*How
will this decision affect the people closest to me?
3.
Seek Godly counsel.
Your
closest friends determine your destiny.
Proverbs 13:20 (NLT)
20 Walk with the wise and become wise;
associate
with fools and get in trouble.
