My Plans and God's Purpose

Proverbs 19:21 (NLT) 

You can make many plans,
    but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.

When God's purpose is infused into our plans, God manifests Himself.

When we don't have God's purpose, our lives become just trial and error.  

When our plans are detached from God's purpose, we are empty and directionless.  

If you have a plan detached from God's purpose, you don't have to go through with it.   

Colossians 1:16 (NLT) 

for through him God created everything
    in the heavenly realms and on earth.
He made the things we can see
    and the things we can’t see—
such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.
    Everything was created through him and for him.
