Isaiah 35:5-6 ESV

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened,and the ears of the deaf unstopped; 

6 then shall the lame man leap like a deer,and the tongue of the mute sing for joy. For waters break forth in the wilderness,and streams in the desert;

1. God does signs and wonders. Signs and wonders have not passed away because God Himself has not passed away.  

Exodus 7:3 NKJV

3 And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.

Psalms 135:9 NKJV

9 He sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, O Egypt,Upon Pharaoh and all his servants.

Daniel 4:3 NKJV

3 How great are His signs,And how mighty His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,And His dominion is from generation to generation.

Acts 2:22 NKJV

2. God heals spiritually.

Luke 17:17-19 NKJV

17 So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? 

18 Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?” 

19 And He said to him, “Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well.”

Romans 10:13 NKJV

3. God opens wombs. 

If you are a believer in Jesus, God will never punish you for your sins.  He has already punished Jesus for them. He is a just God.  He would never punish two people for the same sin.  

Genesis 20:18 NKJV

18 for the Lord had closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech because of Sarah, Abraham’s wife.

I Samuel 1:5 NKJV

5 But to Hannah he would give a double portion, for he loved Hannah, although the Lord had closed her womb.

God was doing a work in Hannah's heart. God needed Samuel to be born at the right time to anoint David as King.    

Genesis 29:31 NKJV

31 When the Lord saw that Leah was unloved, He opened her womb; but Rachel was barren.

Genesis 30:22 NKJV

22 Then God remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and opened her womb.

Rachel prayed to God for her womb to be opened. 

Matthew 20:29-34 NKJV

29 Now as they went out of Jericho, a great multitude followed Him. 

30 And behold, two blind men sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!”

31 Then the multitude warned them that they should be quiet; but they cried out all the more, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!” 

32 So Jesus stood still and called them, and said, “What do you want Me to do for you?” 

33 They said to Him, “Lord, that our eyes may be opened.” 

34 So Jesus had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him.

What is the Holy Spirit saying to me through this message?
