It's almost impossible to convince an enemy, so don't make one. Choose to overlook an offense.
People are thin skinned and hard hearted. God wants us to be tough skinned and soft hearted.
The only winning move is not to offend.
Use empathy. Love looks
past the bad behavior, but imagine the pain in their life. Refuse to be
pulled into an offense.
