Sin is like a predator. We are to be on the lookout for it and pray. Sin attacks us when we fail to see beyond the immediate.
We must draw the curtain in our minds upon God when we sin. How could we do it knowing that He is watching?
In temptation ask...
1. Does it build me up spiritually?
2. Does it bring me under its power?
3. How will it make me feel afterward?
4. How would I feel if this sin went public?
We must live with eternity in mind, and see beyond the immediate.
The amount of our sin is a great measurement of our love for our Father.
If we really love Him, do we really want to cause Him pain?
