1. Freedom is about identity not issues.
2. Freedom is most effective when it's life giving.
3. Freedom is best when it happens in authentic relationships.
We have a huge competitive advantage with God on our side.
Everything that we do is to change the way that we think.
We are replacing lies with truth.
Romans 12:2 (ESV) Do not be conformed to this world,but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
We are Tree of Life People who focus on our relationship with God and others not Tree of the Knowledge of the Good and Evil People who focus on religion.
(Genesis 2 & 3) Ask yourself, am I going to live in the Tree of Life today?
John 10:10 (NKJV) The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.
I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

There is a lot of preparations to set up for the Fall Freedom Small Groups.
We are here to bless them not to impress them.
Just remember what God has said about them in His Word.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
We must recommit to be the most faith filled-positive leaders.
Let's choose to live in the Tree of Life ourselves.
It's not perfection.
It's a matter of the heart.
Ask am I speaking words of life as a lifestyle?
I must remember to ask myself am I living in the tree of life throughout the day?
I should be none threatening.
The thief is coming to destroy.
Expect resistance.
Decide on the front end to be life giving.
Be big on being positive.
We want to be a breath of fresh air.
Honor God.
Be Positive, and be faith filled.
We're going to extend grace on the people.
Do not be judgmental.
We're not going to control others and be negative.
Love them where they are.
We want you to develop relationships.
Try to connect with people before and after the meetings and during the week.
Let pursue them.
Proverbs 27:23 (NKJV) Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, And attend to your herds.
Be discerning and sensitive to them.
It's their group.
Relationships trump knowledge.
We're not trying to fix them, but point them to He who is.
Trust God.
Do your part in the natural, so God can do His part in the supernatural.
The enemy tries to get us to question the character of God who never changes.
Be more about attraction not promotional.
To get all of Freedom, you've got to do both the conference and the small group.
Get a commitment upfront from your small group participates.
Don't push people out if they can't come.
Encourage the conference.
Trust the Lord if they're lead to come.
The Freedom Conference is our deliverance system for the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
If you ask for it.
You will have it.
Work it out.
If you're going to do the thing God has for you, God needs you to have it.
You have it if you ask for it, but your must release it by faith.
Lean in more on the Holy Spirit, but don't be goofy.
We're not going to do anything to freak them out.
Most small groups participates must be lead to trust.
God is in control.
Have a meeting after the conference.
Start your small group each week with a worship song.
Next, discussion.
We want the people to have read the material beforehand.
Ask how does the material apply to your everyday life.
We want them to self discover.
Talk about 30% of the time.
Pray for the participates everyday.
They need to hear us pray over them.
Ask them.
What are you believing for?
Don't invade their space.
Pray daily to develop relationships.
We never stop recruiting and developing people.
Ask them what their next step is.
